Recent Case Study
We were approached by Rona Tranby Trust to empower and educate the Board on the current principles and strategies of fundraising to ensure the organisations successful financial growth in line with their strategic plan.
The Board wanted to provide a roving museum to educate schools and corporate entities on Indigenous history and the importance of this in Australia today. They needed seed funding for an Education o cer to ensure the values of the museum can be incorporated into the school curriculum.
We developed a project plan showcasing their objectives, outcomes, and measurables and provided this to the Waratah Education Foundation who subsequently provided the necessary seed funding. In fact the Foundation was so impressed by the Rona Tranby Trust, their CEO joined the Trust as a project committee member.
